Sorry for the lack of updates, but it actually is a good thing, because we've been crazy busy. I think we are almost finished with the greatest song we've ever written. Its coming along incredibly (is that even a word?) and I think it will be the standard for every other track on the record. In a Way, this is really helpful, because now we can make each song the best it can be, in a sense taking each song as its own entity and reaching for the stars with each track.

Weekend off, so getting some much needed rest and thinking about how to make what we have even better. You guys are in for a treat...

I'm so excited to see what Killjoys will be like.

Also, the new UA series is called 'Hotel Oblivion'. This is what Gerard said about it:

"I'm more excited about Hotel Oblivion than any of the series so far," Way said of this new third volume of Umbrella Academy. "If you notice it gets weirder and more introspective in series 2. My goal for this series is to have the least amount of the Umbrella Academy team in there... There's a lot of new crazy stuff in this book, and I'm excited about it."

There's a bit called 'members', and at the moment it says "Registration is currently only available to users who received an invitation code in their email, we will be opening up registrations to everyone in the coming weeks."

And they're playing two shows in Los Angeles in a few days.

Yeah, Death Before Disco is supposedly the song that Ray mentioned being their best song ever. I'll watch those vids tomorrow when it's not 4 AM.

Apparently everyone will be able to be members eventually, but right now only the Los Angeles residents were sent codes. Each MCRmy member that lived in LA was sent a code to join and receive tickets for the Roxy show. Or something like that. Soon everone will be members. Or so I hear.

And I'm so going to see them wherever is nearest to here. Someone WILL fucking drive me. South Carolina would be okay, but I think Georgia would be a no. As would Virginia.
