there's 3 levels of education. First is elementary (primary for you), then is middle (intermidiate), and third is high (college/high).

Elementary: kindergarden, first, second, third, fourth, fifth
Middle: sixth, seventh, eighth
High: ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth

I see, we have kindergarden seperate from elementary, that's what was confusing me
