I want to work for a record label, to do with publicity and management of a band
but I have no idea how to go about being qualified for that job

thats what id love to do too

its worst at the moment trying to get into that industry too.
Record Labels are shutting down left right and center, and laying people off every day.
I've been thinking its probably more viable to work in large scale music events, because that is the only Way artists make their money these days

Yeah being an event manager.
The Massey bacholor in vetrinary sciences is what I'm gonna be doing, The first year is here in Auckland and its open entrence. then the second year, in Palmaston North, Is reallly picky the second year is where they start kicking people out. and then after that there are 3 more years in Palmaston North.
So my plan is that if i don't make the second year I'm moving to America. Hopefully, or Canada.
